I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and secure, with a lovely view of the mountains from the balcony. The staff treated us with a lot of respect and the service was top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located near the market and tourist places, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the food was delicious. I also liked that some rooms had balconies or terraces, where you could sit and relax.

We enjoyed the aesthetically pleasing decor of the hotel and the warm and personalized service provided by the staff. The location was great, as it was within walking distance of a popular attraction and had a view of a beautifully manicured garden. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the top-notch breakfast, which was better than any other hotel we stayed at during our trip.

The lack of a lift made it slightly inconvenient to get to our room on the first floor. We also experienced a safety issue during our stay when a drunk person tried to forcibly enter our room in the middle of the night.

During our Christmas vacation, we had an amazing experience staying at a hotel. The hospitality and cleanliness were up-to-the-mark. What impressed us the most were two complementary facts - we received free Wi-Fi and bottled water, which was a bonus. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was near the city's major attractions and provided a great view of the surroundings. we had an incredible time exploring the lovely garden outside the hotel.

In contrast, the hotel had some significant issues that we did not like. We were unhappy that there was no complimentary breakfast offered, and as a result, we had to spend extra money on food.

During our stay at Eminence Palm Residency, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and personalized service provided by the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The hotel management even allowed us to keep one of our rooms until 4pm on the day of checkout, which was a gesture that we had never experienced before. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with breathtaking views of the nearby lake from our terrace. The decor and ambiance of the hotel were aesthetically pleasing, and the music played in the background added to the overall experience. We also enjoyed the wonderful breakfast that was served both days of our stay.

If I have to find any drawbacks, the only observation we made was that the food we ordered for dinner lacked the flavorful taste we were expecting. However, this is not a complaint, but rather an observation.
